Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.
Property Access
- There are zero stairs between the parking lot and the entrance, and this condo. Accessing this property is easy, even for those who have difficulty with mobility.
- The building has an elevator between levels.
- This condo is ski in / ski out. Exit your door and the adjacent stairs lead directly to the ski slopes in winter and hiking or biking trails in summer.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
- Please review the Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process.
- Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size (maximum 6 guests). Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase or decrease to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
Fees and Payments
- Some properties use a "High Occupancy Fee" to "raise the rate" for larger groups and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups.
- Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental/lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s)/inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
Parking Information
- Unassigned parking for one vehicle is available in an outdoor lot. Parking should always be possible for one vehicle.
- A second vehicle may be possible during off seasons, but not during the busy ski season.
- Trailers and RVs are not allowed.
- If you will need parking for a second vehicle, trailer or RV, please contact us to discuss off site options.
- In ski season, a vehicle is not usually needed as there is a free shuttle from the development to the Gondola Transit Center.
- The roads leading to and from this property are generally well maintained. Your route to the condo includes sharp curves and hills. Route to the Steamboat Springs area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during winter, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Amenities may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. All amenities cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times. Please advise us before booking if you have questions about a specific property amenity.
- Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property.
